As simply that, price guidelines. Facility rentals can vary seasonally, and depending upon the number of guests you are inviting.
FACILITY RENTAL
Facility rental includes all rentals, labor, large floral arrangements and candles throughout the facility. We do not follow a 10 PM curfew, however we limit our bookings for after wedding parties to clients who are having an event here or are past clients. Our maximum capacity is 250.
The Barndiva Gardens Start at $2,500
The Gardens and Rear Lounge Start at $3,000
The Real Lounge alone at $300 to $500 (maximum seated capacity 36)
Barndiva’s Entire Facility and Gardens Starts at $5,500
MENU
Relying upon over 200 sustainably committed food suppliers as partners, Barndiva is willing to develop any menu for you, providing it is seasonally inspired.
Menu’s for Spring & Summer 2008 will start at $65, for three-courses. We always offer a vegetarian entrée option and can be served plated or from an elegant food station. Your event can begin with any number of exquisite passed or stationed appetizers, starting at $15 per person
BEVERAGE OPTIONS
Barndiva has an extensive wine list currently holding over 225 different wines, but we will happily source any wine your desire. Our pricing is based on a 3 hours event using the industry standard of 3 drinks per person.
Barndiva’s Only Wine Service starts @ $25 per guest with a selection of white or red chosen by our sommelier
Barndiva’s Wine Service with Basic Spirits Bar (all organic Rum, Vodka, Gin) including beer starts @ $30 per guest
Barndiva’s Wine Service with our Specialty Cocktails using all organic juices and unique house made mixers starts @ $35 per guest
Sparkling Service Starts @ $11 per guest
Full Service w/ wine, spirits, beer and specialty cocktails starts @ $38 per guest
